Educator Role and Responsibilities
As an educator, you’ll take on a key role in one or more of the program’s 9 modules. Responsibilities include:
Content Creation
- Develop and deliver pre-recorded lessons (1–2 hours per week).
- Prepare assignments, readings, and practical exercises aligned with the curriculum.
Live Instruction
Facilitate weekly 90-minute live sessions (Q&A, discussions, or hands-on demonstrations).
Feedback and Support
- Review and provide constructive feedback on student assignments.
- Offer guidance during weekly office hours (optional).
Payment Structure
We value the time, expertise, and commitment of our educators. Here’s how compensation is structured:
- Base Pay:
- Educators will receive a flat rate of $1,500 per module they lead.
- Enrollment Bonus:
- For cohorts with 9 or more students, educators receive an additional $250 per student beyond the 8th student (max 20 students).
Example:
- For a cohort of 12 students, an educator leading one module would earn:
- Base Pay: $1,500
- Bonus: (12 students – 8 students) x $250 = $1,000
- Total: $2,500
- Guest Speakers:
- Guest educators leading individual sessions within a module will receive $250 per session

We welcome educators with diverse skills, backgrounds, and specialties. Ideal candidates should have:

- Expertise in BDSM/Kink Practices: Experience in areas such as impact play, rope bondage, fire play, sensory play, high protocol, or power dynamics.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience educating individuals or groups (in kink or other disciplines).

- Flexibility and Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines, engage students, and adapt to a hybrid learning model.
