No more silo is a movement where people are invited to heal in community. It is a call to shatter the belief that we must hide our pain and bear our burdens alone. Together as a group we will explore the four pillars of self-mastery—Self-Awareness, Self-Love, Self-Acceptance, and Shadow Work—while connecting with like-minded individuals. Over the course of 6 weeks to 6 months, you’ll work through challenges, share experiences, and gain insights in a safe, empowering space. Together, we’ll support each other in cultivating the audacity to be truly authentic.
